Refund Policy

At ReebyBags, we offer Return & Refund Policy for your peace of mind.

There is return/refund or replacement after 7 days of delivered of your purchase,

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You are entitled to a refund or return in the following cases:

If you received the wrong product
If the product has defects (please refer to point 8)
If the product is damaged during shipping (you can get an exchange free of cost or contact us for a refund via email)
If the product is tampered with
Please note that change of mind is not applicable. There is a 25% restocking fee for every customer, and you will be responsible for paying the shipping back to us.

If you cancel or request a refund for your order due to any reason, you must bear the transaction fee of 5%.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at Reebybags@gmail.com and await our reply. We will send you the address where you can return your item for exchange.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Reebybags@gmail.com for further assistance.
